sAd LiTtLe GiRl

Yes that cute face you see is sick. A Cough and Runny nose, but to make matters a little worse, she had to get her shots yesterday afternoon. She actually did pretty well. She cried a little bit but settled down and fell asleep. It wasn't until after her bath that everything came to a hault. The poor thing wouldn't eat and cried and cried for a while. We finally figured out how to get her to stop crying. The secret the bunny song. (if anyone wants the words or a solo from Jon we can send it to you.) It is so funny how much she loves that song, but I think that we sang that song about a million times between last night and right now. It is the only thing that will calm her down enough to fall asleep. Which is what she is doing right now. I hope that she starts feeling better soon. I hope that everyone else is well. Love you!

What a Weekend

As many of you know, Jon and I spent Thursday- Saturday up at mom and dads. They went on a little trip and we watched the girls. I had so much fun. It was nice to have other people to talk to when you are getting ready in the morning, and it was great fun doing hair and making breakfast. But one thing I didn't realize was that it wore me out. When we came home last night, all I wanted to do was sleep, and we got home at 8:00. I guess that is what you get for having soo much fun, you just get pooped! Well, Marcella had a little cold. It isn't too bad, but I am waiting for Jon to get home so I can go to Relief Society. I hope that everyone is doing well. I love you guys!

Everything I am NoT Suppose to

Exactly right now I am doing everything that I shouldn't be doing. I need to get up and clean the rest of my house, take a shower, get dressed, do my hair, pack for this weekend, feed Marcella, finish the laundry, iron, finish Amie's laundry, :) vacuum, eat something or I will wither away, call everyone in the ward about Pampered Chef, go to the library to return the overdue books that are in my passat that is in the shop, pick up my car from the shop, vacuum out my moms car and fill with gas, since she was so gracious to let us use it. Let's see what else, make sure Grandma is eating her breakfast, vacuum the stairs, go visiting teaching, clean out a person I visit teachs' apartment so she can move, Man the list just goes on and on. But am I busily doing any of it? Nope, I am sitting in front of the computer, still in my Pj's or the clothes I exercised in, my hair looks like a little kids who just woke up from a nap, and I am still wearing my glasses, which by the way are about two perscriptions old, so I don't know why I am wearing them. I hope that all of you feel the way I do sometimes, TIRED! There just isn't enough hours in the day. Last week I spring cleaned my house, I even washed down all the walls etc. As I was doing it, I was looking forward to this week so I could do the things I have always wanted to do like relax and watch a movie while I sew, or scrapbook or any number of other things, but what am I doing? Still cleaning. So I have come up with a solution to my business, I am going to start scheduling in MY TIME. Then I will get some relaxing in during the day. Well, if anyone wants to try it with me, feel free and then we can talk about how it works. Well, enough of me babbling, I know that all of you just get on here to look at the pictures anyways, so here they come. This one Kristin took on Monday when we went to have Amie take some pictures of us. It turned out pretty cute. The rest are just fun ones. Have a great day!

This is Marcella doing her "FAKE COUGH" She is so silly!

Which one is CrAziEr?

cHeeRinG uP!

I need some cheering up today, since I spent about three hours in a dentist chair, getting a permnant crown and FOUR cavities filled. Man what a way to ruin your day. I am still dying and starving to death because my mouth hurts too bad to eat anything. Jon asked me what I wanted for dinner, Water I replied because it is the only thing that won't make my mouth hurt. Even then you have to make sure it is the right temperature or it still might hurt my teeth. No worries, I get two days to recover and then I get to head back to get who knows how many more cavities filled. This is the last of the millionth visit that I have had to go back for, since having Marcella, so once my mouth is back to normal, I am going to eat a feast! WEll, I guess if you can call a celery and carrot stick tray a feast, since that is about all I can have, without ranch dip or cheese. Man you never know how much you really miss yummy things until you can't have them. Which brings me to another point, anyone who wants to try my diet for, let's see about three months now, can then start giving me advice on when I should stop breastfeeding. I am not sure how much longer I can go. Valentines Day was a killer, mainly because we live right next to CK Cummings and you can smell the chocolate covered strawberries from a mile away. I am just glad that I don't live in Hershey, or else I KNOW that I wouldn't have lasted this long. Well, I hope that after reading this you all feel sorry for me, and are in need of some cheering up, because that brings me to the picture I wanted to post. Who can look at this picture and not be HapPy? Thanks Marcella, for always making me laugh. She sure brightens up anyones day! I hope everyone is having a good one, and if not, just look at this picture for a while, I promise it will cheer you up in no time at all!

Marcella and a shelf

This is a picture of Marcella...she just keeps getting younger and younger...oh I mean bigger and bigger. Funny how we make such a big deal about babies getting bigger, especially because I've never met someone who got smaller after they were born.

Kanien wants me to post this...it's a picture of a shelf she "made." For weeks she tried to get her dad to help her build a shelf...then when he finally had time, she helped him build it...the same way a sports fan helps their team win...by cheering from the sidelines! I think she did sand it...anyway it looks really really nice.

More Blessing Pictures

Here are the rest of the pictures.

Is anyone else having problems uploading pictures?

Something I noticed...

Just yesterday I noticed that the pictures I post on the blog look a lot different from the stuff I see on my computer before it gets posted. I just thought I needed some monitor calibration and didn't think of it more than that. I then noticed that a picture I'd posted at 1600x1200 resolution, meant to be compatible with any resolution desktop (so you could use the picture as a desktop background if you wanted) had been downsized to 11024x768. I also noticed that the picture looked different. Compare this one (I uploaded it to my personal site and this is only a link to that picture) with the picture in the post below:

Anyway, in case any of you wondered the same thing...now you know why. They do it to keep the size down. Okay, so most of you won't even notice a difference, but if you look at both pictures side by side, they are different, and the size is completely different. I'm probably the only one who cares about stuff like this, but I just thought I'd tell you.

Marcella's Blessing

Okay, I'm having a bugger of a time getting these up with our dialup connection, so I'm just going to stop now. I've got more pictures, but I'll have to post them from work tomorrow. The blessing was fun...Marcella had a poopie right before we blessed her, and Dad was worried (he was holding her when she pooped) that after the blessing everyone would be wiping their hands off on their suits saying "Gross!" She didn't cry, and she looked cute in the same dress that Kanien and Kanien's Mom wore while they were blessed.

Oh...and no haircut remarks, I know I need one.

Marcella likes to ride on my shoulders. If she's fussy and Kanien needs two or three minutes before she can feed her (to run to the bathroom or get a cookie), I'll just put Marcella up there and she's as happy as a lark!!

We're not sure who this handsome young man is, but we fed him since he showed up.

We had a chore getting everyone to fit for this picture, but it turned out OK.

Here's a picture of five generations...I think the youngest two are the cutest!

Here's Kanien with Marcella...she got all tired out during the pictures and fell asleep in Kanien's arms.

Bed Time

These are some pictures I snapped just before (and just after) Marcella went to bed the other night.

I think it was Laurissa that told me she enjoyed pictures of sleeping children...I think they're neat, too. Really peaceful.

Time for Prayers

Last night we spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa Wallins' house. When it was time for prayers Marcella proceeded (with the help of Jon of course) to kneel down. We all thought she looked so cute it took about 5 minutes for us to start praying because everyone was taking pictures. She is so much fun. I love her!

Little Marcella

Here are a couple cute pictures of Marcella in her blue dress. I am pretty sure that my Mom wore this dress, along with me, so it is kind of fun seeing her in it as well. She sure is a cutie!

Only the Cutest Babies Ever!

Jami came over today for lunch and boy did we have fun. These kids are the cutest. I think they are going to have fun playing together when they get older. I hope you have fun looking at our cute kids, they are so adorable! While we waiting for lunch to get out of the oven trenton decided it was time to start rolling over! GO BUDDY! He was super cute, he did it a couple of times. Now we are just awaiting Marcella to go next, maybe in a few days. She sure is getting closer every day.
