Dad, Lizzy, Kanien, Marcella and I went on a nature walk. We saw around 15 varieties of wildflower, ate alpine strawberries, played with some bugs (mostly mosquitos), and took a group photo. It was a lot of fun. Everyone else was at the Antique Fair.
We had a campfire that night. It was really hot, so you'd have to sit back from the fire pretty far. After the sun went down it cooled off, but it was still warmer than it should be for a campfire. We played a fun game called, "Big Booty". You have to say people's numbers in rhythm or you get sent to the end of the line. Owen thought it was really funny when Mom would mess up.
Owen and Marcella played in the water on Sunday. They had a blast. We thought it would rain that day because it had rained in the morning. Instead, it was just cool enough to keep us outside more than Saturday.
Mom and Lizzy working on some sort of project...Well Mom is reading, and Lizzy is working on a project. I don't know what the project is, but it sure looks fun.

Here are the two cutest girls in Island Park!
Dad and I took some pictures of Star Trails. I don't know how his look, but mine look okay. I need to do some more post processing on them (mainly reduce the noise). This picture is of the North Star...that's why the stars are in a circle.
This is to the right of the north star, you can tell because of the trails.
Jeff caught this snake. Lizzy took a turn holding it and it started vomiting. She dropped it, screamed, and ran into the cabin. Kanien wouldn't even come out to look at it.
Here's a mountain harebell. It was in front of the cabin.
On the drive home Spencer, Lizzy, Caroline, Kanien, Marcella, and Owen got stuck in the Suburban. No one knows what's wrong with it yet, but it wasn't fun for them.
Owen was lucky. He got to watch movies the entire time!

They ate at a diner in Malad. The food was pretty decent, from what they said.
Spencer is now in South Carolina visiting Gordon Jannove.

My project was my super cool Davis High colored bracelet! It is now finished and looks really cool. Jon, you missed the picture of my meal from the diner, and it was the best one! I got the biggest taco salad of anyone I have ever seen! It was sooooo cool! That post must have taken a long time.
Those are some pretty sweet pictures. I like the one of Jon and Marcella kissing - that is precious. Jon you are pretty lucky to have two of the cutest girls in Island Park but they are pretty lucky to have you too!
Wow, I can't believe how much older Marcella looks. She is so cute. The cabin trip looks super fun--I feel like I was almost there because I was on the phone with Mom when Jeff caught the snake. Owen looks super tough in his bandana--I'm surprised he left it on! Too bad about the Sister Burban, but at least you all had good company.
